Maneuvers:

Whenever you make an unarmed or weapon attack, you may choose to perform a maneuver as part of that attack. To do so, expend a maneuver slot equal to or higher than the level of the chosen maneuver. On a hit, that attack deals extra damage equal to the slot level expended times your maneuver die. This extra damage is of the same damage type as that of the triggering attack. You can use only one maneuver per attack. Some maneuvers are taken in place of an attack or your attack action, while others grant special uses of your reaction. You regain all of your maneuver slots when you finish a long rest.

Level 1

  1. parry (reaction to cause attack to miss)
  2. riposte (reaction to attack on a miss)
  3. reposition (reaction to move half your speed)
